Updating an Attendee’s Profile

To update an attendee’s profile:

  1. In the admin tool, click the Attendees tab.
  2. Find the person you are looking for by searching in the magnifying glass, using their first name, last name or email. This is an exact search. You need to put in the whole first name, last name, or email address; not a portion.
  3. Click the ID next to the person once you found them. This will display a page that is all about them.
  4. Scroll down until you see Profile.
  5. Update the information you want and press Update Profile at the bottom of the page.
