January 20, 2012

  • Android – Add support for message archiving
  • Admin – Augment broadcast message to allow moderators to send messages to attendees with a certain membership state (for example, speakers or exhibitors).
  • Networking – Add Follow Me button to attendee profile pages, not just on the attendee listing page

  • You can customize an alert message for individual sessions that will provide a pop-up message when attendees add the session to their schedule.
  • Moderators can edit set the RSS feed for the home page through the admin tool.
  • Added ability to create users manually via the Admin tool.

  • Ability to see recent changes to the platform from the Admin tool.
  • SupportĀ <a href=”http://www..zerista.com”>www.<conference_name>.zerista.com. If a user types in the wrong url for the conference, they are taken to a branded Zerista page to aid them finding their conference.

Admin

  • Add export attendees

  • Moderators can now lock and unlock accounts. Attendee accounts are locked after a specific number of incorrect logins

  • Add ability to broadcast messages to all attendees
  • Specify rate limits (# of messages, meetings, etc.) per attendee

  • Add visitor attendee type. Visitors generally have limited access to the site can be used for registered guests or spouses.

Sessions

  • Support multiple concurrent sessions per track
  • Support 5 minute time increments (previously it was 15 minutes)
  • Make track names hyperlinks

  • Allow attendees to create their own sessions/events (this can be turned on or off per conference)
